1. How many terms are there in Mumtaz?

Two Terms, Term 1 (Jan – June) & Term 2 (July - December).

2. Are there any trial classes to join before enrolment?

Yes, there are! Our trial classes are 5 days minimum, 10 days maximum, with a daily rate of RM55/day.

3. Does Mumtaz accept Special Needs students?

Unfortunately we don't, due to limited expertise to support them.

4. What about Public Holidays? How does the school operate?

For Public Holidays, we follow the Melaka State Public Holidays.

5. How do I keep track of the child's daily activities in the school?

We use the LittleLives app, efficiently aiding our parent-teacher communication. This includes parents being able to view daily activities, important notices, and billing matters for example.

6. How can I keep track of my child's progress and development?

We hold Parent – Teacher Meetings every end of term (Term 1 & Term 2 respectively), where teachers will present student's development report to parents.

7. Does Mumtaz students wear school uniform, and is it compulsory to be worn daily?

Yes, school uniforms will be included as part of your child's enrolment and students are required to wear them everyday during school time (except on Wednesdays, where preschool students will wear the sports attire). Further details will be provided upon successful interest registration.

8. Can I get refund payment if my child wants to withdraw from the school?

All payments are non-refundable, except for the Security Deposit (requires 30 days’ prior notice).
