Entrepreneurship Day: Kids in Action at Mumtaz Generation

In September 2025, Mumtaz Generation held their very own Entrepreneurship Day, where our little shopkeepers learned the art of business!

The students got out of the classroom setting and set up their own marketplace where they sold a variety of items to the public. Ranging from delicious food and snacks to books, toys and even clothes, they had it all.

“Every customer they meet is a chance to grow their confidence, teamwork, and social skills,” said one of the teachers. The event was warmly supported by teachers, parents, and the public, making the day even more special.

Mumtaz Generation students had fun and received a lot of support from parents and the public.

Through this valuable experience, the students can develop important skills such as:

• Communication - through talking with customers

• Money Management - counting money and learning about transactions

• Entrepreneurship - understanding the basics of how a business operates

• Teamwork - working together to manage their stalls

Entrepreneurship Day not only encouraged the kids to be confident and independent, but also showed that even at a young age, they can explore big ideas and learn valuable real-world skills, all while having fun!
